Booking terms
Last updated 3 November 2026. These terms apply when you book an appointment at KIKA Beauty Studio through kikabeauty.uk. The law of England and Wales applies, and the courts of England and Wales can hear disputes.
The appointment
A booking is a request for the service, technician, date, and time you select. The price and duration shown at checkout are the ones that apply to that appointment. We confirm the booking by email. Please check the details and tell us straight away if something is wrong.
72-hour changes
You can cancel or reschedule in your account only when the appointment is at least 72 hours away. After that deadline the online buttons close. Phone the studio on +447497455413 and we will tell you what is possible.
Guest bookings cannot be changed online. Contact the studio using the same number.
Arrival and the service
- Please arrive on time. A late arrival can shorten the treatment so the next client is not delayed.
- Tell us about allergies, sensitivities, and any treatment that needs a patch test before you attend. If it is not safe to proceed, we may refuse or postpone the service.
- We may refuse service where there is a health, safety, or hygiene reason, or where behaviour is abusive.
Accounts
If you create an account, keep your login details private and make sure your name, email, and phone number are accurate. You are responsible for bookings made from your account.
The website
Service descriptions and prices can change for future bookings. A price already confirmed for your appointment stays as confirmed. We try to keep the site available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that UK law does not allow us to limit. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss that was not a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms.
Your consumer rights
If you are a consumer, you keep your statutory rights. Booking a timed appointment for a specific day is a service linked to a particular date. The usual 14-day cooling-off cancellation for distance contracts may not apply once the appointment date is agreed and the 72-hour rule above is the rule we operate. If you think that is wrong in your case, contact us and, if you need to, Citizens Advice.
Privacy
We use your booking details as described in the privacy notice.
